VIANOVATOJES (hereinafter Website or Blog) makes this document available to Users with which it intends to comply with the obligations, in all matters that affect it, set forth in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), as well as informing all Users of the Website regarding the conditions of use.
Comments are not allowed on this blog, nor are forms used to collect user data. Nor is any type of revenue generated through advertising or other means sought.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user and undertakes to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions. User access to the Website is free of charge, with no additional fees payable, except for the cost of the Internet connection, which the user must pay to their telecommunications provider.

This is a descriptive blog about my own travel experience, which refers to various companies in the tourism sector: hotels, transportation, airlines, travel agencies, etc. My relationship with them is merely that of a USER toward a SERVICE PROVIDER, and I receive no compensation or financial benefit. All companies appearing on my blog do so based on my own experience, having used their services with varying degrees of satisfaction. I cannot vouch for the services they may or may not offer to other users, nor for the integrity and content of their websites. The information contained in this blog has been carefully checked before publication. However, given the variable nature of data, I recommend verifying it before leaving. One minute after publishing the content of this blog, transportation schedules, accommodation prices, etc., may have changed, and even the circumstances and conditions that prevailed at a given time during my travels regarding safety and social coexistence may have also changed over time. Therefore, it's always a good idea to check the official websites of the places, organizations, and companies you're traveling to before traveling. With all this in mind, this blog is governed by the following terms and conditions of use.
2. OBJECT
The purpose of these General Terms of Use is to regulate access to and use of the Website. This Website reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of this blog and the Content and Services incorporated therein. The User acknowledges and accepts that it may interrupt, deactivate, and/or cancel any of these elements that are part of the blog or access to them at any time.
Access to the Blog by the User is free of charge and, as a general rule, free of charge. The User does not have to provide any compensation to enjoy its contents, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.

The Blog shall not be liable in any event of inability to provide service due to prolonged interruptions in the power supply, telecommunications lines, social unrest, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts or omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the registered office of the Website Controller.
In the event that any provision of these General Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or void by applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Terms of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, the Blog will modify or replace said provision with another that is valid and enforceable and that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and purpose reflected in the original provision.
